All services, content, and programs offered under the brand name "Auntie Kiki’s Animal Communication" are legally owned, operated, and contracted by Kelsey Beth LLC.

3. Services and Programs Provided

We provide online-only intuitive services, including but not limited to:

• One-on-one animal communication sessions

• Intuitive guidance and energy readings

• Multi-week medium mentorship programs

• Group courses, workshops, and digital educational content

All services are delivered virtually through digital video, audio, or online platform delivery methods.

4. Professional Disclaimer (Not Medical, Veterinary, or Legal Care)

All services and program materials are intended strictly for personal, educational, and spiritual purposes.

• No Veterinary Care: We do not provide veterinary medical care, veterinary medical diagnoses, or animal health treatments.

• No Medical Care: We do not provide human medical diagnosis, psychological counseling, or mental health treatment.

• No Professional Advice: Our services do not substitute for regulated professional legal, financial, or medical advice.

• Client Responsibility: You assume full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, as well as the veterinary care and well-being of your animals, during and after your sessions or program participation.

 

5. Client Eligibility

By booking a session or enrolling in a program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and fully understand the spiritual and subjective nature of intuitive services.

6. Booking, Payment, and Financial Terms

​

All transactions are securely processed through online booking platforms and authorized payment gateways, including Stripe.

 

6.1 Payment Requirements

​

• Single Sessions: Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• Programs and Courses: Payment or an approved payment plan arrangement is required in full prior to the program start date.

• Payment Plans: If utilizing a payment plan, you authorized Kelsey Beth LLC to automatically charge your designated payment method via Stripe on the scheduled due dates. You remain legally obligated to pay the full program balance regardless of your completion or participation level in the program.

 

6.2 Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

• Single Sessions (24-Hour Rule): You must request cancellations or rescheduling changes at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time to receive a full refund or transfer your credit. Cancellations made under 24 hours are non-refundable.

• Programs and Mentorships (Strict Non-Refundable Policy): Due to the digital delivery of course assets and limited roster capacity, all program enrollments, group course fees, and mentorship tuition are completely non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after program access is granted or onboarding materials are sent.

 

7. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Materials

 

All educational text, video training recordings, worksheets, guided meditations, PDFs, and website layout content are the sole property of Kelsey Beth LLC.

• Limited License: Program enrollment grants you a single, non-transferable, revocable license for personal educational use only.

• Prohibited Acts: You may not copy, share, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any program materials or course content without prior explicit written permission from Kelsey Beth LLC.

 

8. Program Conduct and Group Guidelines

 

For multi-week programs and group courses, you agree to maintain a respectful, confidential, and safe environment for all participants. Kelsey Beth LLC reserves the right to immediately terminate your access to any group program, forum, or live call, without refund, if you engage in disruptive, abusive, harassing, or unethical behavior.

 

9. Media Recording Policy

• Single Sessions: We do not record single sessions. You may record your personal session for your private, non-commercial use only.

• Program Sessions: Live group calls or program training modules may be recorded by Kelsey Beth LLC for future student playback access. By participating in group programs, you consent to your voice and likeness being included in these educational archive recordings.

 

9.1 Case Studies and Anonymized Storytelling

 

We love sharing the healing insights and spiritual connections that happen during our sessions to educate and inspire our community and future clients. 

 

By booking a service or enrolling in a program, you grant Kelsey Beth LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use the general concepts, anonymized stories, and animal insights from your sessions for educational marketing, social media content, and case studies.

 

We promise to protect your human privacy: we will never share your full name, location, or sensitive personal human information without your explicit prior written consent. 

 

We may, however, reference your animal’s name, photo, and general breed/species details in our storytelling unless you specifically request in writing prior to your session that we keep your session fully private.

 

10. Confidentiality

 

We value your privacy and handle all personal information, contact details, and session data strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Group program participants must keep all shared peer information confidential.

11. Limitation of Liability

​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kelsey Beth LLC (including its owners, employees, and contractors) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or emotional distress arising from your use of our website, participation in our programs, or reliance on information provided during any session. You accept all services entirely at your own risk.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes must be filed in the appropriate court system within California.
